I'm in one of those little pools for this March Madness Hoopla Funfest thingie.
I'm not sure how they talley the score on them there contests. But I was just wondering...does it screw up my bracket if the team I pick to win it all loses in the first round to a school that nobody has ever heard of before?
Just wondering.
Well, America, a lot has happened since the Kansas City Chiefs won the Super Bowl on February 6th, 2005.
While most of my teammates have been rehabbing old injuries, going to the Pro Bowl, or just plain slacking off (...you know how the O-line loves their video games!), I've been very busy. I've rearranged the furniture in my living room, I've been working out at the gym regularly, and I've just about figured out the cure for cancer. (Keep your fingers crossed!)
Oh, One other thing that I've done recently that seems to have garnered quite a bit of press (although not quite as much press as being MVP in the Super Bowl!!) is a recent flight I took.
"Why would you get a lot of press for taking a flight?," you ask? This was a special flight. See, I'm the first person in history to fly solo around the world in one flight, without refueling. Thanks to some funding and promotional help from eccentric billionaire Richard Branson, I was able to make this historic flight. That's him in the picture spraying me with champaign. He's a total nutball!
Anyway, I don't want to overstate my part in the flight. Truth be told, all I really did was sit in a chair and guide the controller for 3 straight days without getting up, stretching out, or using the bathroom. Heck, that's what the entire offensive line was doing with their XBOX's, anyway! But they're not on the front pages of newspapers around the world for their work.
See? Offensive lineman never get enough credit.
