There it sits in between the straits of Mackinac...a touristy force to be reckoned with; Mackinac Island. Or, if you prefer, Mackinaw Island. But never Mackinacaw Island. That would just be wrong.
On this very island is where we, HFT, found ourselves yet again among a thousand super cool, super excited Sr High Youth attending the LCMS Michigan District Gathering. (To read more about our fun visit themain HFT blog. You'll be glad you did.)
One of the many activites available to the comman man, or woman, on the island is: the bike ride. A wholesome family event that we HFT folks took part in.
While we were on our way around the Island Mike snapped another of his famous photos.
As you can see I really like bike riding.

For those of you who haven't heard yet, we HFT folk are in Converse, Indiana right now at Rainbow Christian Camp. How cool is that? Pretty cool, you're right.
In order to get to Converse we had to drive through some of the rest of Indiana, a bit of Illinois and a huge chunk of Wisconsin. Traveling can be tricky that way.
Anywho, Mike tried some amature photography in the van on the way down. I think you'll appreciate his work.
Moving, hu?
