Purple Haze & Not so Hungry like Wolves

well, I was going to blog about American Idol 2005, but there are something more important events happened(or not happend) in MN Sports Scene. now I
can hear people saying " there he goes again!" , but hear me out! our beloved(or not) Randy "The Super Freak" Moss has traded to Olkland Raiders exchange of Napoleon Dynamite & 7th draft pick (overall). Ok, I don't care everybody think. that's a bad, bad, really, really, bad deal! I can hear Michael Jackson is screaming from Neverland "You ain't Bad, You ain't Nothing!" you don't trade one of the most exciting wide reciever in the history of NFL with player who haven't done anything but funny name and 7th draft pick. I understand a lot of people think he should go, but not with this deal ! I really don't understand. without Moss I don't think Dunte is that good QB. well, maybe he is but not Favre. that's I can tell you!

and there is someoene who didn't get traded when he should have. you know who he is or I should say they are . Spree & Sam. these two old timer have to go! they are way past prime, they are not hungry for the game, they just don't care the team. now KG is not spring chicken any more. I can tell he is so tired and bothered by his sore knee. clock is ticking. if we don't do anything before his prime gone, there is no NBA Finals in MN. please don't make him another Charles Barklee or Karl Malone. one of the greatest power forward ever to play and yet don't have the ring. KG deserves more. that's all I'm saying !!!

The End Of Era

Yes, sad but it's true. Flip is gone for good. Sounds like he wanted to stay but I'm not so sure how much he wanted. Glen Taylor said "he tried everything!" and he did!!! it didn't work, but it's not your fault. well, thank you for the great ride. We really enjoyed You! I'm sure you will coach again somewhere really soon. because it's hard to find coach like you in this league. Atlanta , New York(that would be really funny !!) New Orleans, Golden States....... you have no time finding next gig. till then So Long!

"The Future" Is Now

it's so depress to talk about T-Wolves now-a-day. so I was watching the high light of the day on ESPN NBA fast break. I want to mention about this guy. His name is Amere Stoudemire. His old buddy and our still Evil enemy Stephan Murbery called him "The Future". he claimed " he is the best player ever. better than Michael Jordan " well Idon't think there will ever be better player than Michael Jordan, but I will agree about "The Future" after I saw yestarday's shot block. he and KG are most definetelly the protetype of basketball player for the future. shot, assist, block, steal. rebound. athletic ability with great length(they are over 7 feet tall, unoffficially). mmmmmmmm amazing, huh !

Old School? New School? Maybe too old for New school.

When you hear the words "Old School", "Middle School" , "New School" sometimes I talk to myself "Wait a minutes! Was I New School ?". To be honest with you, I have no idea what that means. everybody use these words everywhere. sports, music, etc etc ...... but there is no clear definition. whenever you get old (hey, I don't want to hear it!) or at least older age in the group, you are automatically "Old School". It doesn't matter how you feel. The way you think, the way you move, the way you act - you are "Old School". obviously , someitmes good and sometimes bad. well, I have to warn you. this stroy doesn't go anywhere. I was just thinking about my precious Timberwolves. and They got beat by NewSchooler "Phoneix Suns" the other day. and they got beat really good. I was thinking " Everybody in the Media (NBA) thought Timberwolves was favorite to win Championship. I can tell you why! Because they are "Old School" ! Solid fundamental in offence & difence, team basektball. But now they think timberwolves are too old to beat NewSchooler (Seattle, Phoenix, and believe or not San Antonio). they are outplayed by fast, athletic individual game. they are too slow to create solid fundation of both end. I'm not saying NewSchooler doesn't have team play. actually they do and they do pretty good too. That's why OldSchooler has hard time to compete NewSchoolers. well, maybe time to activate ENDUDI EBI ?

Hit the bottom ? mmm... I don't think so!

well, wel, well. Flip knows it. it still can get worse. you can't believe it. but it is. like Japanse Economy. whenever everybody say "we hit the bottom!" "we hit the bottom!". there is lower. it's NBA. not high school basketball game. you just don't give up other team point guard to have double double at first half or almost double score like 95/55 before third quarter end. that's just not professional. now it's too late to trade Spree, Troy or Sam. because nobody wants them. it's just not right! they were suppose to be a favorite to win the Final. well Forget "Final" now. they are so lucky if they make it to playoff. and don't you dare to dream about beating San Antonio in the First Round. they are way out of your league. Unless .................................
