well, it's over. 16 days of joyful moment . it's was realy hard for me to stop watching itin the middle of the night! I feel like I'm missing something huge. It's funny because , not that I didn't care (actually I do care!) but , I wasn't really pay attention that all 3rd or 4th unit team NBA win gold or not (as you know , I didn't think they're going to win!), I was more into a fatguy(sorry) lifting 250kg weights .
who would watch weight lifting on TV? I don't care if it's world championship or not. we won't! right ? it's only because "Olympic". man, don't you love Olympic?
by the way, Nica. If "Juggling" becomes olympic competition in Beijing in 2008, you got my 100% support.

anyway, one of the playe for Argentina, Pepe Sanchez put this dream team loss in perfect way. he said " they(dream team) are the best team in term of individual, but basketball is a team sport. it's five on five. not one on one. it's not tennis!" well said bro, well said! it's not tennis, it's BASKETBALL. it's five on five team sport. its' not a Dunk contest or 3-point shootout. there has to be deffence too!
anyway one thing, we learn from this today. Kid, it's a fundamental. Fundamental is the key to success for everything. Sports, Music , Education, or Comedy Improv. Right , guys?

Japanese men's Gymnasium team won gold!

well, well, well! Finally they did it!

they haven't won any medal since 1976. so long time, they sucked. but, anyhow they did it! I didn't know till yesterday they are that good. and they really looked strong and fast. I hope they do well for individual programs too.

for the first time in my life, I couldn't watched olympic opening ceremony(well, maybe not, but as I remember, I watched 1st one when I was 1st grader so I only missed one), because I was on a way to WI. but I taped it! so I will recap later. skip to ahead, the dream team lost to puerto rico. we already knew that coming! what's the dream about? only one player from all NBA 1st team

AI is the team captain

Come on! what do you expect? no disrespet to AI and He maybe one of the best if he is not the best "one on one" player, but definitely not a captain for the dream team. I didn't watch the game, but as far as I read news paper & Internet article, I can tell what is the problem. if teams like puerto rico shot over 50%, means no team deffence. if 3-24 from 3 point range, means there is no offensive strategy. that's why usa kept shooting 3 point shot, even though they are not making any. I don't want to blame my man

but the dream team doesn't have KG, Kobe, T-Mac & Shaq , sorry that ain't dream team, brothers! anyone ? disagree ?

Dante's 360 Modena

well, I was going to put this pics but, I keep forgetting to do that. now finally. this is the picture of Dante Culppeper's Ferrari 360 Modena!

it's so styling! we(HFT) were in Orlando for National Gathering, we hanged at Bahama Breeze.

we saw this car several times while we were there, but we didn't know the owner of this car. one night after diner , when we were leaving from restaurant, Mike & I saw the owner. I asked Mike "Is that guy Dante ?" he goes " yeah, looks like him." but we thought he is just looks like Dante, and we didn't check he really was Dante. but after the tour , I was watching the news and they were reporting about opening day of the Vikings traning camp. apperently Randy(Moss) called Dante to bring his ferrari so they can show off their styling cars(Moss has Lamborghini). when I saw their cars on tv, I screamed "man that is exactly same car that I saw in Orlando! " well, some people may not know but Dante is from Orlando and he still lives there when he's in off season. there you have it. now we know how much money you have to make to own that kind of car!

Chad & "Don't Bug Me "girl

HFT had show in Haggerstown, IN. And I met Cutest kids ever! His name is Chad. He wears Ichiro's uniform(just in case somebody who doesn't know "Ichiro" , Ichiro is a baseball player who plays for Seattle Mariners. He earned Rookie of the year & regular season MVP in same year! One of the best player[in my opinion , THE BEST] produced in Japan!) Chad is a great singer song writer, loves sports. I hope I will see him again soon.

anyway, she was a little bit shy (or she didn't want to deal with wierd Japanese guy), so we did't talk that much.but Kids are Great!

T-Wolves re-signed with Trenton Hassell

Finally! T-Wolves re-signed with Trenton Hassell. I'm so Happy! now Troy Hudson is the ony one who hadn't reached contract agreement(well, there are more players, but as far as my or team concern, I think that's about it) mmmmm. what's going on? I think we(not HFT, isn't it funny if HFT get Karl Malone to do comedy improv) should get Karl Malone too! we only have $1.9mil for mid level exeption left, but as long as he's ok with it, we can do it. I think they meet need both way. Malone wnats ring, we need solid back up for KG who's strong in the middle. since Shaq left, T-wolves's weakness of the middle might not be a big issue anymore, but I still think KG need a help!! as far as back up point guard, I like veteran, like Mark Jackson or Avery Johnson. But it seems we settle with somebody from summer league. Keith McLead is candidate so far, but you never know. Go T-wolves!!

city bus & bike rider

when I was driving this morning , I saw a city bus which had rack for bike. we happyfuntime had chance to ride city bus in lexington KY and we saw one of those. we talked about it and we go "that's great idea!" well, apparently we have one now in Minneapolis MN. but does anyone know when exactly they started this service ? I was bike rider for a long time back in 90's, but I don't recall we had that!

DJ Hiro Controversy

well, it seems like there is another DJ Hiro in Japan! mmmmmmm. I will ask my sister to check up on this guy. who he is ? what he does ? I'm positively sure he doesn't do "Improv Comedy". because there is no such a thing called "Improv Comedy" in Japan. Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha! Who's laughing now, huh?
