Mt. Calvary - Excelsior, MN

Hey Mount Calvary. Word. Thanks for having us back again! We think you guys are great. We had a great time. Great, great, great.

I hope Connor's collar bone heals up soon. I think we all learned an important lesson from Connor; never fall asleep while you're riding your bike.

Rumor on the street is that we'll see you guys again this Fall. Freaky.

Which HFT video is your favorite?

People sure are opinionated about the HappyFunTime sketch comedy parables. We've shown them all over the country to a very wide variety of people. It seems like certain videos really speak to some people but are confusing to others. But usually when someone is confused by one video, they really dig another video.

So talk to me, people. Which HFT video is your favorite and why?

(Keep reading to find out which video is my personal favorite...)

...not that anyone is asking, but my personal favorite video is "Egh!" I still love it. In our scripts, we try really hard to tell a story with pictures. To me, this video does it the best. I mean, there really aren't any words in it.

This video is hilarious to show to people that don't know anything about HFT. Sometimes this one is the most confusing and sometimes people instantly get it. One time we showed "Egh!" to an all family event that was filled with every imaginable age group. The adults were completely confused. But the small childeren sitting on the floor in the front totally got it.

That might say more about HappyFunTime than it does the audience. I don't know.

May 2...er...3, 2004

Yes. It’s true. If you treat us real nice-like we'll come out and do a show for ya' at 1:30 in the a.m.

And those folks at the Castaway Club Young Life camp sure were nice.

Our show was at 1:30, and, lets be honest, since it's hard for any high school-er to stay up until 1:30, they planned for a prom to happen that evening before our show. Or, as we like to call it a "Pre-HappyFunTime Show." So when the kids were done with their "Pre-HappyFunTime Show" the buses brought them out to see the "HappyFunTime Show."

We really had a lot of fun at the show. My personal highlights include the musical "Geeks!"and the new samples on Hiro's keyboard.

…And also the sleep that came later.
