Michigan Dreams.
Well, us HFT folks are in the middle of a mini-Michigan tour. We left Mackinac Island yesterday... one of the coolest places in the world...and now we're at Camp Arcadia...another one of the coolest places in the world. There sure is a lot of water around this part of the country. Sheesh.
The Missouri Synod Michigan Youth Gathering on Mackinac Island was a blast! We got to hang out with Bob Lenz, Bill Yonker, Lost And Found, Swen and Dean and a 1000+ high school folks. It was really great. We even had the honor of having George Baum (from Lost And Found) sitting in with us for a little "Musical Comedy." Rock.
Thanks, Mackinac Island. Thanks for the laughs. Thanks for the tears. And thanks for the fudge.
In a related note, we'll be hanging out with the LCMS Michigan Jr. High folks in Anne Arbor, MI the first weekend in August. Man, we love Michigan. Go Pistons.
